*​If you’ve selected the wrong spring tension, you have up to 90 days to exchange your mattress for a different tension within the same model. However, the Comfort Promise only applies if you have tried and purchased the selected model in-store and received individual advice from an expert to guide you in your selection. ​ No mattress protector is required for the Vispring 90-day comfort promise; however, we strongly recommend using one, as any damage to the mattress will void your right to the comfort promise.
